There is a well worn phrase in business circles that states “if you’re not growing, you’re dying!” meaning that a business that isn’t expanding is effectively dying due to the rest of the world sneaking up on it and overtaking.
The same is true of individuals and the worst kept secret of all successful people is that they never stand still, they are always growing their knowledge, their network of contacts and their skill set. As a direct result their personal happiness, success in relationship and business success grows exponentially; they are frequently seen as “lucky” and they effortlessly attract new business opportunities, the best staff and of course great wealth. They are advanced thinkers and they apportion their time to take care of the most important issues, none more so than their own personal growth; Dr Stephen Covey calls it “sharpening the saw” .

Step 1 – Define your issues
Step 2 – Define your purpose
Step 3 – Changing your Beliefs
Step 4 – Improving your Personal Efficiency
Step 5 – Dealing with your Barriers
Step 6 – Maximising your Energy
Step 7 – Rewarding Yourself
